RUBBER PRODUCTS
Whether you need rubber for shoe soles, heels, tiles, mats, or other rubber products, all we need are your specifications, blueprints, and molds. If it is not convenient for you to deliver your molds to our factory, we can make custom press molds for you. All press molds designs belong to their perspective owners. We do not offer the same rubber product designs to other customers other than the initial owners.
RUBBER COMPOUNDS
BKI utilizes two and four-roll mixing mills, including a separate location for colored and black rubber compounds. Bulk materials are weighed and fed directly into the mixer, with chemicals being weighed and bagged separately to avoid cross contamination issues. We offer a minimum order of 50 Kg (110 lb), depending on the compound's specific gravity. |
